Going, going, gone - Severn Trent sell out listings at auction for 3rd time.

On the 11th October 2016 on behalf of Severn Trent Water, Capita together with Lambert Smith Hampton went to auction at the Le Meridian hotel in Piccadilly, London. Of the 6 listings, 5 Properties were successfully exchanged on the day, with one property – Church Lane, Doveridge being withdrawn prior to the auction.
