February Auction sees the highest number of properties offered to date

On the 20th February 2017 on behalf of Severn Trent Water, Capita together with LSH went to auction at the Le Meridian hotel in Piccadilly, London with the largest number of properties to date. Of the 19 listings, 16 Properties successfully exchanged on the day, with 3 properties being withdrawn prior to the auction.
